Taiwan president to transit U.S. during trip to Caribbean allies

Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen will transit through the United States this month on a tour of diplomatic allies in the Caribbean, Deputy Taiwan Foreign Minister Miguel Tsao said on Monday, in a move likely to anger China.
