Mexico aims for meeting with U.S. over designation of cartels

Mexico's foreign ministry said on Tuesday that it would quickly seek a high-level meeting with U.S. State Department officials after U.S. President Donald Trump said he would designate Mexican drug cartels as terrorist groups.
