US Demands International Community Restore UN Sanctions Against Iran

The United States on Thursday demanded that virtually all of the previous UN sanctions against Iran be restored, citing the Islamic republic’s failure to abide by the terms of the 2015 nuclear deal – known formally as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
